the staff was super attentive and always ready to help! i received a complimentary prosecco bottle upon arrival, a fantastic touch. the breakfast was delicious, and i really enjoyed the wide variety of options available.
the bathroom was just a tad small for my liking. it still worked, but i would have liked a bit more space.

the hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. i found it very easy to walk to the m4 metro station. this made getting around super simple and convenient.

The staff were helpful. they assisted in arranging taxis, made transportation hassle-free. i really liked that refreshments were available in the lobby. The lobby always smelled amazing, it was a plus.

My room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options each morning (especially the fresh pastries!). I greatly appreciated the staff's attentiveness in arranging transportation to the airport. I was thankful for the quick resolution of a minor issue with the room's lighting.
I noticed that the soundproofing could be improved as I could hear street noise occasionally.
